TOORA HOUSE
Overlooking Wilsons Prom, this architecturally designed home is very unique with the exterior clad in large sheets of corten steel. The focal point is certainly the spiral staircase, each step custom made. Recycled materials are used for the timber trusses and bricks acting as a balustrade for the upstairs library.
VENUS BAY EXTENSION
This holiday house was designed by Redeighteen Architects so the family can enjoy even more special memories. An internal deck connects the existing house with the new. This design had many special features including, bay windows which span across the home and an upholstered bedhead with floating bedside tables.
VENTNOR HOME
This modern home is not only impressive in size it also consists of some impressive spaces such as a glass lift, library, theatre room, separate guest wing, and swim spa. Details which add something special to the light and spacious areas are the parquetry flooring, timber lined ceiling with skylights, glass balustrade and custom made cabinetry in every room.
THREE STOREY BEACH HOUSE
This modern beach house has been constructed with corrugated iron and rendered hebel. The use of classic black and white colours creates a timeless design. A steel spiral staircase links the balcony with the spacious roof top terrace.
FARMHOUSE RENOVATION
This home has tripled in size and completely transformed into a modern farmhouse. With the entry, master and main living area consisting of cathedral ceilings and custom highlight windows. The exterior of the house is clad in cement sheet and feature timber battens to adhere the area’s bush fire rating. Underfloor slab heating was incorported throughout the home and all bathroom vanities have been repurposed, using timber from the old shed on the property.
SILVERLEAVES BATHROOM RENOVATION
Working alongside a local Interior Design company, Brinnie T Design, we have renovated this wonderful bathroom for our client. From a 70’s bathroom with pine cladding on every surface, this elegant bathroom even has underfloor heating.
